摘要
在分析Wiki超媒体技术的基础上,面向生物医学高性能计算平台的运维实践,提出了"生物医学计算平台协同办公"系统的创建与维护,重点分析了设计理念,如何对Wiki进行扬长避短式的应用、核心版块的深入分析,为知识服务系统在生物医学计算平台运维领域的构建提供了一个有益的案例。
In this paper,we used open source Wiki system to create a Wiki-based operation method for the Biomed computing platform. We deeply analysed the Wiki system and pointed out the design concept according to the operation practices. We designed some useful modules for the regular operation work and accumulated some operation-related knowledge based on this method. In the last few years,the method solved many practice problems in our work and form a valued best practice for this field.
