生物源性补片用于子宫脱垂重建术的可行性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨生物源性补片用于子宫脱垂重建术的可行性。方法选取行子宫脱垂重建术患者95例,其中40例采用生物源性补片设为观察组,55例采用聚丙烯补片设为对照组。对2组患者围术期各项观察指标进行分析,观察患者术后并发症发生情况和PISQ-12评分结果。结果 2组手术时间、术中出血量、术后残余尿量、住院时间无显著差异(P>0.05)。对照组患者排尿困难、感染、补片侵蚀的例数多于观察组(P<0.05)。观察组术后PISQ-12评分与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论生物源性补片用于子宫脱垂重建术的感染和补片侵蚀概率小。 Objective To investigate the feasibility of biological source patch in the reconstruction of uterine prolapse. Methods A total of 95 patients with reconstruction of uterine prolapse were selected,and 40 patients with biological source patch were design as observation group and 55 patients with polypropylene patch were designed as control group. The indexes in the perioperative period were analyzed between two groups,and the postoperative complications and PISQ-12 score were observed. Results There were no significant differences in operation time,intra-operative bleeding volume,postoperative residual urine volume and hospitalization time between two groups( P〈0. 05).Cases of patients with dysuria,infection and patch erosion in the observation group were more than those in the control group( P〈0. 05). There was significant difference of postoperative PISQ-12 score between two groups( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Application of biological source patch in the reconstruction of uterine prolapse has lower incidence rates of infection and erosion.
