摘要
通过对国标GB/T23495.2009食品中山梨酸钾含量方法的改进,建立一种简单稳定性好的方法,用于检测葡萄酒中山梨酸钾含量。结果表明,山梨酸浓度与液相色谱仪出峰峰面积呈线性回归,相关系数r为0.9998,回收率为91%~115.8%;检测葡萄酒样品时,RSD为2.08,稳定性和重复性好。
The study established a simple method of determination potassium sorbate in wine by modifying the GB/T 23495-2009. The results showed that the concentration of potassium sorbate and peak area were conforming to linear regression, and correlation index was 0.9998, the recoveries were 91% to 115.8%. The Relative standard deviation (RSD) was 2.08 when detect wine sample and the results were stable and repeatable.
