摘要
通过计算得出了WC3J(D)型整体式防爆胶轮车需要的行车制动力矩和驻车制动力矩,详细分析了前、后桥制动器的结构和原理,阐述了全液压湿式制动系统的工作原理和特点。通过理论分析和实践应用证明:WC3J(D)型防爆胶轮车全液压制动系统设计是可靠的、是合理可行的,能满足煤矿整车制动性能和防爆性能的要求。
The paper calculates the brake torque and parking braking torque of WC3J( D) type integral type explosion-proof rubber tyred vehicle,analyzes the front and back bridge brake structure and the working principle,as well as the principle and characteristics of fully hydraulic wet braking system. The theoretical analysis and practical application shows that,WC3J( D) type explosion- proof rubber tyred vehicle hydraulic brake system design is reliable and feasible,meeting the requirements of coal mine vehicle braking performance and explosion- proof performance.
