摘要
[目的]观察益肾通痹酒联合西药治疗肾气虚寒型类风湿性关节炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将60例住院及门诊患者按抛硬币法简单随机分为两组。对照组30例甲氨蝶呤10mg/次,1次/周;双氯芬酸钠50mg/次,2次/d。治疗组30例益肾通痹酒（附片制15g,干姜100g,甘草炙150g,桂枝、白芍各250g,生姜100g,大枣200g,川芎80g,当归100g）,加58°浸泡专用白酒5000m L,浸泡3周,10~20m L/次,早晚餐后口服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗12周为1疗程。观测临床疗效、症状积分、RF、CRP、ESR、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]疾病疗效：治疗组临床控制17例,显效10例,有效2例,无效1例,总有效率96.67%。对照组临床控制11例,显效7例,有效4例,无效8例,总有效率73.33%。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）。症候疗效：治疗组痊愈4例,显效16例,有效8例,无效2例,总有效率93.33%。对照组痊愈1例,显效12例,有效9例,无效8例,总有效率73.33%。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）。症状积分两组均有改善（P〈0.05）,关节功能、关节压痛数、双手平均握力治疗组与对照组无显著差异（P〉0.05）,其他指标治疗组改善优于对照组（P〈0.05）。风湿指标两组均有改善（P〈0.01）,治疗组改善优于对照组（P〈0.01）。[结论]益肾通痹酒联合西药治疗肾气虚寒型类风湿性关节炎疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。
[Objective]To observe Yishen Tongbi Wine methotrexate treatment of kidney deficiency rheumatoid arthritis treatment.[Methods]Randomized parallel controlled method,60 inpatients and outpatients law simply by flipping a coin randomly divided into two groups.A control group of 30 patients with methotrexate,10mg/week,a Dayton clothing.Diclofenac sodium enteric-coated tablets,50mg/times,2 times/d.Treatment group of 30 patients Yishen Tongbi Wine,（Fupian 15 g,Ganjiang 100 g,Gancaozhi 150 g,Guizhi,Baishao 250 g,Shengjaing 100 g,Dazao 200 g,Chuanxiong 80 g,Danggui 100g）,plus 58 degrees soaked special liquor 5000 m L,soak 3 weeks,10 ~ 20 m L/times,morning and evening postprandial oral.Western medicine with the control group.Continuous treatment for 12 weeks course of treatment.Observing clinical efficacy,symptom score,RF,CRP,ESR,adverse reactions.One course of treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]Clinical disease： control treatment group 17 cases,10 cases markedly effective in 2 cases,1 case,the total efficiency of 96.67%.Clinical control group 11 cases,7 cases were markedly effective in 4 cases,8 cases,the total efficiency 73.33%.Treatment group than the control group（P〈0.05）.Clinical symptoms： The cure 4 cases,16 cases markedly effective in 8 cases,2 cases,the total efficiency of 93.33%.Cured one case in the control group,12 cases markedly effective in 9 cases,8 cases,the total efficiency of 73.33%.Treatment group than the control group（P〈0.05）.Symptom scores improved in both groups（P〈0.05）,joint function,joint tenderness,hands mean grip strength treatment group and the control group had no significant difference（P〉0.05）,other indicators of improvement than the control group,the treatment group（P〈0.05）.Rheumatism indicators improved in both groups（P〈0.01）,the treatment group than the control group improved（P〈0.01）.[Conclusion]Yishen Tongbi Wine methotrexate treatment of kidney deficiency rheumatoid arthritis results were satisfactory,no serious adverse reactions,it is worth promoting.
