摘要
运用Aspen Plus软件对中国石化上海石油化工股份有限公司芳烃部1#芳烃1#抽提装置苯抽提蒸馏塔(DA4503)和苯汽提塔(DA4504)进行了流程模拟优化,通过模型校核制定相应的优化措施,寻求最佳操作状态,减少抽余油中芳烃的质量分数。
Process simulation optimization was executed on benzene extraction distillation column（ DA4503） and benzene stripper（ DA4504） of 1#aromatics unit in Sinopec Shanghai Petrochemical Co.,Ltd. with Aspen Plus software. Appropriate optimization measures were developed through model checking,so as to seek the optimal operating conditions and reduce aromatics content in raffinate.
