肠干细胞的研究进展及应用现状

摘要 哺乳动物的肠上皮具有极强的自我更新能力。据统计,哺乳动物肠上皮完全更新一次的时间约为96~120h[1]。肠上皮的快速更新主要依赖于隐窝中肠十细胞(ISC)的不断增殖与定向分化。以小肠为例,ISC细胞首先经过有丝分裂产生其子代细胞,即Transit-amplifying祖细胞(TA祖细胞)。后者通过4-5次增殖后最终分化为构成小肠上皮的4种成熟细胞,包括吸收细胞、内分泌细胞、杯状细胞及潘氏细胞[1]。
