摘要
目的了解家用冰箱微生物污染现状,为做好日常生活卫生管理提供参考。方法采用现场采样和细菌定量检验的方法,对北京市部分家庭使用中的冰箱微生物污染状况进行检测与分析。结果经对30台家用冰箱冷藏室表面采样检测,细菌总数检出范围为25~1.25×108cfu/100cm^2,真菌和霉菌总数范围为<5~8.75×105cfu/100cm^2。结论家用冰箱冷藏室内部微生物污染较为严重,存在安全隐患,需采取适当措施,减少冰箱的微生物污染。
Objective To study the microbial contamination of domestic refrigerators,and to provide reference for the health management of daily life. Methods Using the method of field sampling and quantitative analysis of bacteria,we analyzed the microbial contamination of some domestic refrigerators in Beijing. Results By testing on the surface of cold room of 30 refrigerators,we estimated the TVCs ranging from 25 to 1. 25 × 10^8 cfu /100cm^2 and the number of moulds and yeasts ranging from 5 to 8. 75 × 10^5 cfu /100cm2. Conclusion The results of this study show the potential for contamination of domestic refrigerators. We should take appropriate measures to reduce microbial contamination of the refrigerator.
