引起小儿下呼吸道感染的常见病原体有肺炎链球菌、流感嗜血杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌,卡他莫拉菌和肺炎支原体等。了解各种病原体的病原学特点及发病机制,并及时、正确的治疗,对临床防治下呼吸道感染具有重要意义。
The common pathogens causing lower respiratory infections in children include Streptococcuspneu moniae,Haemophilus influenzae,Staphylococcus aureus,Moraxella catarrhalis and Mycoplasma Pneumoniae,etc.To understand the etiological characteristics of various pathogens and the pathogenesis of the diseases,meanwhile give timely and proper treatment if of important significance for the prevention and control of lower respiratory infection in children.
