摘要
分析国家卫生体制改革背景下公立医院药事管理改革的影响因素,提出公立医院药事管理改革思路。从系统论的角度认识我国目前的公立医院药事管理改革。根据系统论整体、层次、关联、统一的原理,从目标规划系统构建、行政决策体系、药品保障体系、信息系统、药事管理制度化建设、药事管理人员技术水平6个方面分析公立医院药事管理改革的影响因素,为制定公立医院药事管理改革策略和措施提供参考依据,同时从药事管理角度为我国医药卫生体制改革提出建议。
The influence factors of hospital pharmacy administration transition research were discussed to draw a guideline of hospital pharmacy administration transition research. By clarifying the goal of new heahhcare reform and hospital pharmacy administration structure, the points of hospital pharmacy administration transition were underlined and the methods of analyzing the influence of hospital pharmacy administration transition factors were established. Hospital pharmacy administration transition strategies were summarized through the analysis of pharmacy administration, drug securily and information technology.
