摘要
糖尿病是慢性代谢性疾病,可引起多器官病理改变。糖尿病患者合并脑血管病发病率较普通人群高,发病年龄早、且易复发。线粒体是细胞能量的主要供给者,其功能异常在糖尿病脑血管病的发病机制中起重要作用。本文就有关高血糖和低血糖引起线粒体功能障碍加重糖尿病缺血性脑损伤的研究进展作一综述。
Diabetes is a kind of chronic metabolic disease causing pathological changes of multiple organs. The incidence of cerebrovascular disease is higher in diabetic patients than that in healthy people, which attacks in young patients and it is easy to relapse. Mitochondria is the main provider of cellular energy. Mitochondrial dysfunction plays an important role in the pathogenesis of diabetic cerebrovascular disease. This paper reviews the recent research advancement of hyperglycemia and hypoglycemia aggravating diabetic cerebral ischemic damage by way of inducing mitochondrial dysfunction.
