摘要
目的探讨游泳训练次数对大鼠水迷宫成绩的影响。方法成年雄性SD大鼠36只,随机分为4次/d组(每天训练4次)和8次/d组(每天训练8次),连续训练6 d,记录每次训练的潜伏期作为学习成绩,第7天通过Morris水迷宫空间探索实验检测大鼠的空间记忆能力。结果定位航行实验显示随着训练次数的增加,4次/d组和8次/d组大鼠的逃避潜伏期与第1天相比均明显缩短,而8次/d组大鼠每天的潜伏期均短于4次/d组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),空间探索实验结果显示两组大鼠无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论每天训练4次和每天训练8次,共训练6 d对大鼠空间学习记忆能力的影响无统计学差异,但每天训练8次组大鼠的学习能力提升速度快于每天训练4次组。
Objective To explore the effect of daily trial numbers on spatial learning and memory performance by Morris water maze.Methods Thirty-six male adult SD rats were randomly divided into two groups: 4 times / d group and 8 times / d group. The rats were given 4 trials per day in 4 times / d group and 8 trials per day in 8 times / d group for 6 d. The abilities of spatial learning and memory of the rats were evaluated at 7 d by Morris water maze. Results The navigation test showed that the escape latencies in the two groups decreased along with the increase of trial numbers. The latencies were shorter in 8 times / d group than that in 4 times / d group from day 1 to day 6 in Morris water maze,but there was no significant difference between two groups( P〉 0. 05). There was no significant difference in probe trial test between two groups( P 〉0. 05). Conclusion The 4 trials and 8 trials per day for 6 d may not affect the spatial learning and memory capability in Morris water maze,but the improvement of learning performance in 8 times / d group is faster than that in 4 times / d group.
