摘要
在给定流体温度和对流传热膜系数的条件下,基于顺序耦合有限元法对大型板式回转粉体干燥机汽室热-结构耦合应力场进行了三维有限元分析,结果发现在拉杆与內外端板连接处周围出现了应力集中,是影响汽室强度的危险区域。当拉杆直径不断增大时,汽室最大热应力随之增大并最终趋于平稳,出现的位置也有所变化。综合考虑应力大小和均匀性,分析得到拉杆直径最优值为42mm,此时汽室最大热应力值为239 MPa,满足分析设计准则。
Under the given temperature and convective heat transfer film coefficient,the structure coupled stress field of large rotary type powder dryer steam chest was simulated with sequentially coupled finite element method,the results show that the stress concentration was occurred in the connections of the pull rod and the outer and inside end plate,affected the strength of the steam chest.When the pull rod diameter increased,the maximum thermal stress of steam chamber increased then tended to be stable,the position of the danger zone also was changed.Considering the stress size and uniformity,the optimal value of the pull rod diameter was 42 mm,and the maximum thermal stress of steam chest was 239 MPa,meeting the design criterion of analysis.
