摘要
"一带一路"战略构想给我国经济发展带来新机遇的同时,也对我国的人才市场提出新挑战。培养合格的国际化人才关键在于高质复合型跨文化人才的培养,文章着重阐述高质复合型跨文化交际人才的内涵,分析我国人才市场现状,并探讨其培养途径。高质复合型跨文化交际人才的培养离不开学校、企业和政府的共同努力。
The strategic concept of ＂One Belt, One Road＂ not only brings us new opportunities for economic development but also brings new challenges for our talent market. The key to cultivate qualified international talents lies in the success in training cross-cultural communication talents with high quality and multi skills. This paper centers on the connotation of high-quality and multi-skills at cross-cultural communication, on the analysis of present situation in national talents market, and on the approaches to foster such talents. Joint efforts from schools, enterprises and the government are essential in the cultivation of talents mentioned above.
