摘要
在我国实行不动产统一登记的背景下,本文分析了海口市各类不动产登记业务、数据及信息系统建设的现状,提出以地籍数据为基础和宗地统一编码为索引进行不动产数据整合,结合海口市云龙镇六权确权的实际需要,开发建设了不动产统一登记数据库管理系统,并投入使用,为下一步推广不动产统一登记奠定基础。
Implement uniform registration under the background of real estate in our country, this paper analyzes the Haikou City real estate registration services, data and current situation of the construction of information system, and put forward on the basis of cadastral data and cases of real estate data integration to unified coding for the index, combining the actual requirement of Haikou City Yunlong Town six rights counterpoising truly, development and construction of real estate registration database management system, and put into use, a uniform registration lay a foundation for further promotion of real estate.
