摘要
近年来,西部各省文化产业呈现较快发展态势,但与东部地区相比,依然存在观念落后、市场机制不够完善等问题,其中缺乏高层次文化创意人才的问题较为突出。西部高校可通过引进创意写作课程体系,进行多层次、多形式的教学模式和人才培养方式探索,将深层次的改革与当地文化经济需求相结合,为本地区文化产业发展提供人才保障。
In recent years, the cultural industry in the western provinces has been experiencing the rapid development. However, com- pared with that in the eastern region, issues such as ideas falling behind, market mechanism pending for improvement etc. , are still existent, of which lack of high - level cultural and creative talents is more prominent. Colleges and universities located in west China could introduce course program of creative writing and explore into the teaching and personnel nurturing mode of multiple levels and forms, by combining the in - depth reform with the local cultural and economic needs, to ultimately provide the local culture industry with abundant creative talents.
