摘要
为了解吉林省猪源化脓隐秘杆菌的毒力基因携带情况及耐药情况,通过细菌形态观察、生化试验及16SrDNA基因序列测定对分离菌株进行了鉴定,共获得8株猪源化脓隐秘杆菌。应用PCR对分离株的毒力基因进行检测,并采用微量稀释法测定这8株化脓隐秘杆菌对11种抗菌药物的最小抑菌浓度。结果表明,不同地区分离菌株神经氨酸酶H(nanH)基因及神经氨酸酶P(nanP)基因的携带情况略有不同,分离菌株都携带溶血素(plo)基因,而全部分离菌株都缺失胶原结合蛋白(cbpA)基因。药敏试验结果显示,这8株猪源化脓隐秘杆菌具有广泛的耐药性。试验结果对化脓隐秘杆菌的防治及产品开发具有一定的指导意义。
In order to investigate the major virulence genes and antimicrobial resistant of Arcanobacterium pyogenes isolated from swine in Jilin Province,8isolates were identified as A.pyogenes by morphological observation,biochemical tests and bacteria 16 SrDNA gene sequencing.The genes encoding major virulence factors were detected and the minimal inhibitory concentrations(MIC)of 11 antibiotics against 8A.pyogenes strains were determined by the microdilution method.The nanHand nanPgenes were a slight difference from different regions,all isolated strains carry plo gene,and all isolated strains was lack of cbpA gene.The MIC results showed that all isolated strains had extensive drug resistance.This experimental results provided a certain guideing significance for veterinary clinical treatment and product development of A.pyogenes.
