摘要
以含铟锌渣氧粉为研究对象,采用高压浸出工艺提取铟。主要考察了反应温度、硫酸浓度、反应时间、氧化剂用量和液固比等因素对铟浸出率的影响,取得了较好的试验指标。获得的最佳工艺参数为:硫酸初始浓度450 g/L,反应温度120℃,压力为0.2 MPa,反应时间120 min,氧化剂高锰酸钾用量为样品质量的3%,液固比为5∶1。在此工艺参数条件下,铟浸出率为93.69%。采用该工艺处理含铟锌渣氧粉,使其中的铟得到有效回收,为该类型资源综合利用提供技术支持。
In this paper,the high pressure leaching process was employed to extract indium from zinc slag oxidation dust. The effects of reaction temperature,sulfuric acid concentration,reaction time,oxidant dosage and liquid-solid ratio on the leaching ratio of indium were investigated. According to the results,the optimal technical parameters were initial acid concentration of 450 g·L-1,reaction temperature of 120 ℃,pressure was 0. 2 MPa,reaction time of 120 min,oxidant dosage of 3% and liquid-solid ratio of 5. The leaching ratio of indium reached 93. 69% under the optimal technical parameters. The high pressure leaching process can effectively recycle indium from the zinc slag oxidation dust,which provides the technical support for comprehensive utilization of this type of resources.
