摘要
为了有效提高煤炭资源的采出率,减少巷道掘进量,以上湾煤矿12上307综采工作面即神东矿区首个在厚煤层中采用柔模沿空留巷工艺的工作面为工程背景,介绍了通过保证工程质量,架前挂网打锚索,架后打设木点柱等技术措施,保证柔模的安全架设与灌注工艺。工程实践表明:柔模沿空留巷工艺系统简单,施工速度快,留巷效果好。此沿空留巷工艺可使长度279.1m的综采工作面日推进度达到9m,具有良好的经济效益和应用前景。
Comparing with traditional coal pillars retaining mining technology, gob-side entry retaining can improve the recovery of coal resources and reduce the roadway tunneling. 12-307 working face of Shangwan coal mine is the first flexible template gob-side entry retaining working face in thick coal seam in Shendong mining area. We ensure the safety setting and perfusion of the flexible template by assuring the engineering quality and suspending iron mesh before the hydraulic support and setting wood point pillar after the hydraulic support. Engineering practice show that, the system of flexible template gob-side entry retaining is simple providing fast construction and retained good roadway. A 279. lm working face can advance 9. Om everyday using the technology.
