摘要
目的:探讨宣肺益阳汤治疗阳痿气郁证的中医病机及临证经验。方法:回顾中医基础理论相关内容,参考中医典籍,结合现代研究,分析阳痿气郁证的中医病理病机,确立宣肺解郁的新治法及对应方剂宣肺益阳汤。结果:根据宣肺解郁法创立的宣肺益阳汤可有效改善阳痿患者气郁症状,临床疗效满意。结论:应用宣肺益阳汤治疗阳痿之气郁证切中病机,随证加减,疗效肯定。
Objective.. To explore the experience of Chinese Medicine pathology and pathogenesis in treatment of Male Erectile Dis- order in the Qi depression syndrome by the Application of Chinese Medicine Xuan Fei Yi-Yang decoction. Methods ： Reviewed the basic theory of Chinese Medicine, read the classic books with the modern research for reference, digged the new Chinese medicine pa- thology and pathogenesis of Male Erectile Disorder in the Qi depression syndrome. Then established the new therapeutic methods of diffuse the Lung and Relieving Qi-depression, and prescribed the Xuan Fei Yi Yang decoction. Results：Diffuse the lung and Relie- ving Qi-depression improves the symptoms of impotence,Clinical curative effect is satisfactory. Conclusion：It is fully in line with the pathogenesis that application of Chinese Medicine Xuan-Fei-Yi-Yang decoction in treatment of Male Erectile Disorder in the Qi- depression syndrome.
