摘要
"十二五"期间我国在加速城镇化建设。伴随城镇化建设,失地农民这一新的社会群体迅速形成并扩大,考察失地农民的体育消费结构,有助失地农民"生活融城"。运用ELES模型对2012年长沙市失地农民两阶段体育消费结构进行了参数估计和边际消费倾向与需求弹性分析。研究认为:长沙市失地农民总消费各项支出和体育内部各项消费支出均与可支配收入之间呈显著线性关系;体育消费与其他各消费项目之间以及体育内部各消费项目之间均不存在替代效应;在总消费支出中,体育消费是奢侈品,受收入变化影响较大,在体育内部消费中,体育服装和书刊属必需品,其他为奢侈品,并具富自价格弹性,受价格影响较大;收入不高、存钱御险以及勤俭节约是制约长沙市失地农民体育消费的重要原因。根据消费特征调整产品结构,建立增收机制增强消费信心,推动消费观念转化建立科学消费观,稳定价格合理定价是推进长沙市失地农民体育消费结构优化升级的主要措施。
With the speeding up of urbanization in China in the past five years, the number of landless farmers has increased. This paper researched into the two stages of sports consumption of landless farmers in Changsha in 2012 by applying ELES. There was a significant linear relationship between total expenditure and disposable income, which was the same as to sports internal expenditures, There was not a substitution effect between sports consumption and other consumption items, which was the same as to sports internal various items. Sports consumption was affected by income. Sports wear and books were necessities. Other expendi- ture on sports were luxuries affected by changes in price. Factors limiting landless farmers from spending on sports included low income, depositing money in the bank and unwillingness to spend money on sports. To encourage more sports consumption, prod- ucts should be readjusted according to the consumption characteristics. More should be done to guide the farmers in forming a habit of doing sports and spending on sports in a reasonable way.
