摘要
目的研究放置宫颈扩张球囊前后阴道微生态的变化。方法对2014年1月至2015年6月在我院放置了宫颈扩张球囊的孕妇共87例，在放置球囊前后进行阴道微生态及阴道分泌物培养，分析放置前后的变化。结果放置前后阴道微生态及阴道分泌物培养无明显变化，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论放置宫颈扩张球囊对阴道微生态无明显影响。
Objective To study the change of vaginal micro ecology before and after the placement of the cervical dilatation balloon. Methods A total of 87 pregnant women in our hospital from January 2014 to June 2015 underwent the placement of cervical dilatation balloon. Analyzed the change of vaginal micro ecology and vaginal discharge cultured results. Result There were no obvious changes in vaginal micro ecology and vaginal discharge cultured results before and after the placement （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The placement of the cervical dilatation balloon has no significant effect on vaginal micro ecology.
