摘要 目的探讨Fz1基因及多药耐药基因在肺癌组织中的表达情况及各基因的相关性。方法 78例肺癌手术标本,检测肺癌组织中Fz1基因、人多药耐药基因1(MDR1)、肺癌耐药相关基因蛋白(LRP)基因的表达情况,分析3种基因阳性表达与肺癌病理类型、病理分期及化疗的关系以及Fz1基因与MDR1、LRP基因相关性。结果 3种基因在不同性别、不同年龄段和有无吸烟史患者标本以及不同部位肿瘤中均有表达,并且各组表达阳性率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在腺癌组、鳞癌组及小细胞癌组中,以腺癌组的Fz1、MDR1及LRP阳性表达率最高,小细胞癌组最低;腺癌组与小细胞癌组MDR1及LRP的阳性表达率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),3组间Fz1基因的阳性表达率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不同肺癌病理分期患者中3种基因的阳性表达率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。化疗患者的肺癌组织中3种基因的阳性表达率均高于未化疗患者(P<0.05)。Fz1基因的阳性表达率与MDR1、LRP阳性表达率呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 Fz1可能参与了肺癌多药耐药过程。 Objective To explore the expression of Frizzled 1( Fz1) gene and multidrug resistance genes in lung cancer tissues and the correlation among the genes. Methods A total of 78 surgical specimens of lung cancer were collected. The expression of Fz1 gene,human multidrug resistance gene 1( MDR1),lung resistance-related protein( LRP) gene were detected in the lung cancer tissues.The relationship of positive expressions of the three genes with pathological types,pathological stages or chemical therapy of lung cancer was analyzed. The correlation of Fz1 gene with MDR1 gene or LRP gene was analyzed. Results The three genes were all expressed in the specimens of patients with different gender,different age group,with or without smoking history,and the tumor tissues in different body parts,but there was no significant difference in the positive expression rate among different groups( P 〉 0. 05). In the adenocarcinoma group,squamous cell carcinoma group and small cell carcinoma group,adenocarcinoma group obtained the highest positive expression rates of Fz1,MDR1 and LRP gene,and small cell carcinoma group obtained the lowest rates. There were significant differences in the positive expression rates of MDR1 and LRP gene between adenocarcinoma group and small cell carcinoma group( P 〈 0. 05),and no significant difference in the positive expression rate of Fz1 gene among three group( P 〉 0. 05). There were no significant differences in the positive expression rates of the three genes among patients with different pathological stages of lung cancer( P 〉 0. 05). The positive expression rates of the three genes in the patients received chemotherapy were higher than those in the patients without chemotherapy( P 〈 0. 05). The positive expression rate of Fz1 gene positively correlated with the rate of MDR1 gene or LRP gene( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion Fz1 may participate in the process of lung cancer multidrug resistance.
