摘要
城乡基本公共服务均等化与农业产业集群之间具有内在逻辑关系,农业产业集群有利于促进城乡基本公共服务均等化,城乡基本公共服务均等化是农业产业集群可持续发展的现实需要。培育发展现代农业产业集群、提高基本公共服务供给能力、形成稳固的基本公共服务体系等应成为促进城乡基本公共服务均等化的路径选择。
Due to the internal logical relationship of the two, the agricultural industrial cluster is conducive to promoting the equalization of basic public services in urban and rural areas. At the same time, the latter is necessary for the sustainable development of the former. Cultivating and developing modern agricultural industrial clusters, improving the supplying capacity of basic public services, forming a stable system of basic public services, and so ou are choices of the equal access to basic public services in urban and rural areas.
