花生苗期氮高效基因型及其评价指标的筛选研究 被引量:6

摘要 为获得花生氮高效种质,以36份花生种质资源为材料,通过苗期水培方法,在不同氮水平下观察各种质资源叶片的黄化程度,初步确定低氮水平的筛选压力。通过19个氮效率相关性状指标数据,进行主成分、变异系数及聚类分析,可得出干物重、氮累积量、氮利用率、基因潜力、氮利用指数及氮含量是花生苗期氮高效种质筛选的主要指标。通过研究初步筛选出花生苗期氮高效种质6份,下一步通过氮高效种质的复筛及全生育期氮效率验证,进而获得所需的花生氮高效材料。 The screening of N-efficient genotypes was employed with 36 peanut germplasms under low-N and high-N conditions in the seedling stage using hydroponic experiment. In order to confirm the screening stress, different varieties were screened to determine the level of low nitrogen pressure by observing the degree of yellowing leaves of all varieties. 19 parameters involved in N efficiency were determined and the data was analyzed by principal component analysis and indexes variation anal- ysis. Dry weight, N accumulation, N utilization efficiency (low-N/high-N), genetic potential, N use index and N concentration were the main indexes. 6 N-efficient genotypes were screened out. The fur- ther step these genotypes needs to be re-screened and verified through the whole growth period, and then obtain the nitrogen efficient genotypes.
