随着智能电网的发展和电力市场改革的不断推进,未来国内能源市场将由以国企主导的"中心环境"逐渐转变为引入竞争多元主体的"去中心化环境"。在这一转变下,电力市场营销课程体系有必要进行前瞻性的重构。在综合对比能力导向、知识导向的课程开发方法后,选择社会生态视域的"生态位"方法重构原有电力市场营销课程体系,即依次从社会生态位分析、知识-技能分析、课程门类分析三方面,着眼未来行业环境,提出了电力市场营销专业课程体系的重构方案。为未来电力体制改革后的新型人才培养提供有益的参考。
With the development of the smart grid and the reform of the electric power market, the future domestic energy market will be gradually transformed into the “central” environment of the introduction of competition by the “central environment” of the state enterprises. In this transformation, the electric power marketing curriculum system is necessary to carry out the reconstruction of the forward-looking. In the comprehensive comparison of ability oriented, knowledge oriented curriculum development method, the “niche” method of social ecological perspective is selected to reconstruct the original power marketing system, which is based on three aspects: social niche analysis, knowledge skill analysis, course category analysis, to provide useful reference for the new talent training in the future electric power system reform.
