细菌间耐药性交换分子的研究进展

摘要 细菌耐药性的不断增强常常引起抗菌素治疗失败,给治疗微生物感染带来严重的问题。本文介绍了一些细菌间耐药性交换的分子,如腐胺、吲哚和氨等,以期为研究细菌间耐药性交换分子的抑制剂提供依据。 The continuous increase of antibiotic resistance usually causes failing treatment and brings serious problems to treat microbial infections. It is reviewed some small molecules that mediated inter-cellular communication of antibiotic resistance, in particular involving putrescine, indole and ammonia, and so as to provide references for developing inhibitors to those molecules.
