摘要
为解决某矿在下部采场回采影响下上盘斜井安全稳定性问题,应用3Dmine-FLAC3D软件平台,对该矿在不同深度采场分步回采环境下上盘斜井的塑性区、应力应变变化规律及变形机理进行了研究。结果表明:上盘斜井无塑性区贯通,应力变化趋势较平稳,局部顶板会出现应变速率增大现象。针对该矿上盘斜井失稳规律,拟定相关的综合处理技术措施。该矿山实施留设临时保安矿柱+废石充填+局部喷锚网支护的方案后,斜井地压控制作用明显。
For solving the safety stability problem of the inclined shaft in hanging wall when stoping the lower part in one mine,the changing law and its mechanisms of plastic zone,stress and strain in hanging wall were analyzed under slice mining the lower orebody by 3Dmine-FLAC3 D.Results showed that the plastic zone of the inclined shaft in hanging wall was not connected with the surface or the lower stopes.The stress was increasing stably,and the strain rate partly increased in the roof.According to the instability laws of the inclined shaft in hanging wall,related technical measures were established.Through implementing the schemes of setting temporary safety pillar,filling with waste stone,and spraying anchor network,the ground pressure of the inclined shaft was well controlled.
