乳腺癌分子标志物与DCE-MRI表现之间的相关性研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的:探讨乳腺癌DCE-MRI表现与分子标志物的表达的相关性。方法:选择2013年2月-2014年6月本院及广东医学院第一附属医院收治的46例乳腺癌患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,比较分析PR、ER、HER2、Ki-67不同表达状态患者的MRI检查表现及其相应的动态增强特征。结果:ER阴性表达者的癌肿边缘光滑比例明显高于ER阳性表达者,癌灶出现小肿块比例低于ER阳性表达者,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);PR阳性表达者癌肿边缘光滑比例低于PR阴性表达者,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);HER2低表达者癌灶出现小肿块比例高于HER2过表达者,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Ki-67低表达者癌肿边缘光滑比例低于Ki-67过表达者,癌灶出现小肿块比例高于Ki-67过表达者,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:MRI显示的乳腺癌肿大小、癌肿边缘情况均与ER、PR、HER2、Ki-67的表达存在一定相关性。 Objective:To study the correlation of DCE-MRI performance and the expression of molecular markers in breast cancer.Method:The clinical data of 46 patients with breast cancer in our hospital and the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Medical College were retrospectively analyzed.The MRI performance and its dynamic enhanced features of patients with different expression situation were analyzed and compared.Result:The proportion of patients with smooth tumor edge in patients with ER and PR negative expression were higher than those in patients with ER and PR positive expression and the proportion of patients with small masses in patients with ER negative expression was lower than that in patients with ER positive expression,the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05).The proportion of patients with small masses in patients with low expression of HER2 was higher than that in patients with over expression of HER2,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).The proportion of patients with smooth tumor edge in patients with low expression of Ki-67 was lower than that in patients with over expression of Ki-67,the proportion of patients with small masses in patients with low expression of Ki-67 was higher than that in patients with over expression of Ki-67,the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion:There is a certain correlation between the size of breast tumor,the situation of tumor edge in MRI and the expression of ER,PR,Ki-67 and HER2.
