摘要
【目的】分析近年来有关中药注射剂不良反应文献的研究热点,探讨数据挖掘技术在中药注射剂不良反应分析中的应用价值。【方法】检索2003-2014年中国学术期刊网络出版数据库的中药注射剂不良反应文献,利用文献题录信息统计分析工具软件SATI建立共词矩阵,利用社会网络分析软件Ucinet绘制共词网络知识图谱,应用社会科学统计软件SPSS绘制聚类图谱,研究中药注射剂不良反应文献高频关键词之间的内在联系,分析与中药注射剂不良反应有关的因素。【结果】通过可视化分析,可知近几年中药注射剂安全性问题目益受到关注,在中药注射剂合理使用、其药品说明书、相关临床药学等方面的研究成为热点。【结论】利用数据挖掘工具,可以量化并直观地反映海量药学文献之间的关系,可了解近阶段学者研究的热点问题,为进一步研究中药注射剂安全性问题提供有价值的参考。
[Objective]To study the adverse reactions caused by injections of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM injections) from documents in recent years and discuss the value of data mining technology in analysis on adverse reaction of TCM injections. [Methods]After searching the documents recorded in the CNKI database from 2003 to 2014 about adverse reaction from TCM injections, the co-word matrix of high frequency keywords was established by using SATI (Statistical Toolkit for Information), the co-word knowledge graph was drawn by using Ucinet, and the clustering chart was created using SPSS. The intrinsic link of these high frequency keywords was studied, and the factors of adverse reaction of TCM injections analyzed. [Results] By visual analysis, the safety problem of TCM injections has attracted increasing attention in recent years; studies on rational use, drug instructions of TCM injections, and clinical pharmacy have become a significant hotspot for current research. [Conclusion]Using data mining tools, we can quantify and visualize the relationship of vast pharmaceutical literatures, understand the hot issues of recent research by scholars, and provide valuable references for further study on safety issues of TCM injections.
