摘要
科技期刊编辑的工作效率直接影响期刊的质量与编辑自身的发展。作者根据数年编辑工作实践,从找到并强化编辑工作的内部动力,树立正确的时间管理理念并善用时间与知识管理工具,优化、规范化工作流程,系统管理电脑重要资料,提高电脑、手机常用软件及网络搜索的使用效率共5个方面,论述提高科技期刊编辑工作效率的途径与方法,以期助力期刊的良性发展及编辑的个人职业发展。
The working efficiency of scientific journal editors directly affects the journal quality and the self-development of editors.Based on the editorial practice for years,the author discusses how to improve the working efficiency of scientific journal editors from the following five aspects:sensing and strengthening the internal motivation of editorial work,establishing rightly a time management concept and making good use of the tools for time and knowledge management,optimizing and standardizing the editorial work,using systematically the important information from computer,and improving the ability of searching information by computer,mobile phone and other network software.The study on ways and methods to improve working efficiency of scientific journal editors is helpful for the healthy development of periodicals and personal career development of editors.
