反应破片对密实防护油箱的引燃效应研究 被引量:5

摘要 反应破片具有冲击诱发剧烈化学反应的特性,可以对油箱实现显著引燃效应。通过弹道枪试验和理论分析计算,研究了单枚反应破片对密实防护油箱的引燃问题,获得了引燃机理和引燃判据。研究结果表明,油箱的引燃判据有闪燃和持续燃烧两种,对于密实防护油箱,单枚反应破片可引起油箱闪燃,通过增加油气量可以提高闪燃的规模和持续时间;持续燃烧的必要条件是燃油持续溢出与空气接触且燃油蒸发速率等于油气燃烧消耗速率,通过提高反应能量加热燃油或通过灯芯效应,可提高燃油蒸发速率从而实现燃油的持续燃烧。研究方法和所得结论可为反应破片战斗部应用和引燃油箱威力评价提供参考。 The reactive fragments will trigger deflagration under high dynamic impact loadings,which can ignite fuel tank. Impact ignition tests were performed on fuel tanks with well protection from single reactive fragments. The ignition mechanism and criterion are studied through the ballistic gun experiment and theoretical analysis. The ignition criteria include flashover and sustained burn. For a well-protected tank,the impact of single reactive fragment is able to induce flashover of fuel. The scale and duration of flashover can be improved by increasing the fuel gas. The necessary condition for sustained burn is that the fuel continues to spill out and the fuel evaporation rate is equal to consumption rate. The fuel continues to burn due to that the duration of heat source. The evaporation rate of fuel is improved by increasing the reaction energy or wick effect,thus achieving the sustained burn of fuel.
