摘要
随着人们对食品安全的高度重视和需求,现代食品包装材料的重要性日益突显。生鲜食品保鲜包装技术的开发、创新为满足现代食品消费提供可能和可行性,也为农产品采后保鲜产业化和物流品质保证增值提供了广阔空间。生鲜食品产业对包装材料的需求逐渐趋于安全、环保、健康和高效化。本文综述了普通保鲜包装材料、抗菌包装、可食性膜、纳米复合材料及其在生鲜食品保鲜领域中的应用,以及近年来国内外包装材料的研究与开发情况,指出生鲜食品包装材料存在的问题,并对其发展趋势进行了展望。
Food packaging material is important for food safety. The development and innovation of fresh food packaging technology is in agreement with the concept of modern consumption, and also provide additional value for the industrial postharvest agricultural products. The demand for packaging materials is no longer limited to ordinary, but gradually changed into safe, eco-friendly, health and efficiency. Conventional packing, antimicrobial packaging, edible films,nano-composite materials and their applications in the field of fresh food preservation are reviewed. Additionally, research progresses in recent years, particularly studies about packing materials are summarized in detail. Finally, the current problems and future research of fresh food packaging materials are discussed.
