拟定蒙西电网风电与蓄能电站配合运行规模的简化方法 被引量:1

A Simplified Determination Method for Capacity Combination of Wind Power Stations and Pumped Storage Power Stations in West Inner Mongolia Power Grid

摘要 大规模风电接入对电网影响较大,而抽水蓄能电站启停迅速,可以较好的配合风电运行,减小对电网的影响。结合内蒙古西部电网(简称蒙西电网)风电基地出力特性和典型日负荷特性,从风电与用电负荷的吻合程度、对电网调峰容量的影响、弃风电量的经济比较分析,抓住了影响风电与抽水蓄能电站配合运行规模的主要因素:在负荷低谷时段风电的上网(容量)率,提出了合理的简化方法。该方法简单直观、实用有效,需要的资料少,对合理开发利用风电资源的规模估算具有实际指导意义,对风电与抽水蓄能电站配合运行规模的规划设计具有参考价值。 Large-scale use of wind power raises many problems in integration into the existing power grid .While the pumped storage power stations are of advantages such as quick startup and shutdown , which could cooperate with wind power stations and reduce their negative influence to the power grid .In this paper , capacity planning for the wind power base in the West Inner Mongolia Power Grid is discussed .Based on the characteristics of output power and typical daily load, major factors that would affect the capacity combination of wind power stations and pumped storage power stations in the power grid are analyzed , including the agreement between the wind power output and the power load , the influ-ence on the peak regulating capacity , and the cost of abandoned wind power .A simplified method is then proposed for the determination of wind power capacity rate in the low load period .This effective and practical method is of great use to the wind power capacity planning , and also could be a useful reference for the capacity planning of power grid with combination of wind power stations and pumped storage power stations .
