食管鳞状细胞癌组织中PLCE1和RFT2的表达及临床意义 被引量:9

Expression of PLCE1 and RFT2 in human esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissues and their clinical significance

摘要 目的探讨磷脂酶Cε1(phospholipase C epsilon 1,PLCE1)与核黄素转运蛋白2(riboflavin transporter 2,RFT2)在食管鳞状细胞癌(esophageal squamous cell carcinoma,ESCC)组织中的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测87例ESCC组织和48例正常食管组织中PLCE1和RFT2的表达,分析二者表达与临床病理特征的关系。结果 PLCE1和RFT2在ESCC组织及正常食管组织中的阳性率分别为85.1%(74/87)、14.6%(7/48)及74.7%(65/87)、16.7%(8/48),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。PLCE1及RFT2表达与ESCC临床T分期、淋巴结转移和肿瘤最长径有关(P<0.05),与患者性别、年龄及肿瘤分化程度无关(P>0.05)。ESCC组织中PLCE1与RFT2的表达呈显著正相关(r_s=0.646,P<0.05)。结论 PLCE1和RFT2均在ESCC中呈高表达,且与临床分期、淋巴结转移及肿瘤最长径密切相关,提示PLCE1与RFT2可能成为ESCC早期诊断和判断预后的辅助指标。 Purpose To investigate the expression and significance of PLCE1 and RFT2 in human esophageal squamous cell carcinoma( ESCC). Methods Expression of PLCE1 and RFT2 was determined by SP immunohistochemical technique in 87 cases of ESCC and48 cases of control group( the normal esophageal organization). The clinicopathological features and the correlation between PLCE1 and RFT2 was also analyzed. Results The expression rates of PLCE1 and RFT2 were 85. 1%( 74 /87),14. 6%( 7 /48) and 74. 7%( 65 /87),16. 7%( 8 /48) in the human ESCC tissues and the adjacent histologically normal epithelium,and there were significant difference between every these two groups( P 〈 0. 05). PLCE1 and RFT2 expression was closely correlated with clinical T stage( P 〈0. 05),lymph node metastasis( P 〈 0. 05) and maximum tumor diameter( P 〈 0. 05) in ESCC. The over-expression of PLCE1 was positively correlated with RFT2 in ESCC( r_s= 0. 646,P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion The over-expression of PLCE1 and RFT2 protein significantly correlates with clinical stage,lymph node metastasis,maximum tumor diameter of ESCC. Therefore,PLCE1 and RFT2 may be the new auxiliary parameters for early diagnosis and prognostic evaluation of ESCC.
