摘要
目的观察手术室全程护理中应用无缝隙护理的临床效果。方法随机将我院150例行手术治疗的患者平均分为两组。对照组采用常规护理方法,观察组采用临床护理路径方法,比较两组临床效果。结果麻醉前,观察组SAS评分、SDS评分及血压等均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论手术室全程护理中应用无缝隙护理可改善手术室护理质量和患者满意度。
Objective To observe the effect the seamless service nursing in the operating room. Methods 150 terine leiomyoma patients were divided into two groups. The control group used the conventional treatment,and the observation group used the clinical nursing pathway,compared clinical efficacy of two groups. Results Before anesthesia,the SAS scores,SDS score and blood pressure of observation group were significantly lower than control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of the seamless service nursing in the operating room can effectively improve the quality of the operating room nursing and patient satisfaction.
