摘要
目的探讨开展直观教学对内镜下黏膜剥离术(ESD)患者术后饮食依从性的影响。方法选择科内行ESD的患者,按时间段分为试验组77例与对照组53例。试验组采用科室自绘直观教学图片,对照组采用常规口头健康宣教方法,比较二组患者术后饮食依从性改变情况。结果试验组患者术后饮食依从性有明显提高(P<0.05)。结论对进行内镜下黏膜剥离术患者采用直观教学法进行健康宣教,可有效提高患者术后饮食依从性,降低术后并发症的发生率,提高满意度,改善患者生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of intuitional teaching method on dietary compliance for the postoperative patients after endoscopic submucosal dissection.Methods Totally 130 postoperative patients after endoscopic submucosal dissection were selected as the research subjects,were divided into the control group（53 cases）and the experimental group（77 cases）by time period.The experimental group was used self-painted Intuitionistic Teaching images,the control group was used conventional oral health education,then the dietary compliance of these two groups was compared.Results The experimental group of postoperative patients significantly improved dietary compliance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The endoscopic submucosal dissection in patients with an intuitive teaching method can effectively improve dietary compliance,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and improve the patients satisfaction and the quality of life.
