继电保护装置状态评价指标体系的构建及应用 被引量:11

摘要 继电保护装置的状态对电力系统安全稳定运行至关重要,为评估继电保护装置的状态,本文提出一个科学的状态评价指标体系。首先根据继电保护装置评估准则和专家建议,从继电保护装置多个方面选取指标,初步建立一个指标体系,根据相关系数和关联规则对初步建立的指标体系进行筛选。将筛选后的指标体系应用到状态已知的继电保护装置评估中,运用专家经验法和熵值法对指标赋权并计算指标的评分,根据指标权重和评分,得到继电保护装置的评分并判断其状态,将本文得到装置状态与已知的装置状态进行对比,通过实例分析,验证该指标体系的可靠性。 Relay Protection Device( RPD) state is very important for stable running of power system.To get the state of RPD,the paper proposes a scientific indicator system.Firstly,according to RPD Criteria and expert suggestion,an indicator system is established.Secondly,based on Correlation Coefficient and Association Rules,the indicator system is filtered and is applied to the state-known RPD,Thirdly,indicator weights are determined by expert experience and Entropy method,and then we achieve the indicator scores. At last,we get the score of RPD by the scores and weights of indicators.Then we get the state of RPD based on the score.According to the comparison of two kinds of state,the indicator system is reliable.
