摘要
近年来,随着脑卒中急性期救治成功率的逐年提高,促进患者功能康复、减少并发症发生已在临床受到越来越多的关注。肩手综合征是脑卒中后影响患者肢体功能康复的重要并发症。因此,早期预防、治疗及护理至关重要。本文就肩手综合征的发生机制、中西医治疗及康复护理进行综述。
In recent years, more attention has been paid to function rehabilitation and how to reduce the complications with increasing successful rate in the treatment of acute phase stroke. Shoulder hand syndrome after stroke is an important complication which affects the limb function rehabilitation of the patients. Therefore, early prevention, treatment and nursing are very important. In this paper, the mechanism of shoulder hand syndrome, its Chinese and western medicine treatment and rehabilitation nursing are summarized.
