摘要
目的 探讨甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮治疗内生型早期剖宫产瘢痕妊娠患者的临床效果。方法 抽选我院2010年1月~2012年2月收治的内生型早期剖宫产瘢痕妊娠患者25例,本组患者均给予甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮联合治疗,评估患者治疗效果。结果 本组25例患者均治疗成功,患者治疗过程中有2例出现恶心不适症状,后续治疗过程中自行缓解。患者治疗过程中均无阴道出血量增加、肝肾功能障碍现象。结论 甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮治疗内生性早期剖宫产瘢痕妊娠患者效果良好,无严重不良反应。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of methotrexate combined with mifepristone in the treatment of patients with cesarean scar pregnancy in early stage. Methods Selected in our hospital from January 2010 to February 2012 in early type 25 cases of patients with cesarean scar pregnancy,the patients were given mifepristone combined with methotrexate combined treatment,treatment effect were evaluated. Results 25 patients were treated successfully,and 2 patients had mild nausea and discomfort in the course of treatment. There was no amount of vaginal bleeding in the treatment process,and the phenomenon of liver and kidney dysfunction. Conclusion Methotrexate combined with mifepristone in the treatment of early cesarean scar pregnancy patients with good effect,No serious adverse reactions.
