摘要
目的探讨奥曲肽联合优质护理治疗老年肝硬化上消化道出血患者的临床疗效。方法将80例给予奥曲肽治疗的老年肝硬化上消化道出血患者随机分为对照组(常规护理)和观察组(优质护理),各40例。比较两组患者治疗后的生活质量、临床疗效及再出血率,以及护理满意度。结果与对照组相比,观察组治疗后患者生活质量各维度及总分均明显增高(P<0.05),总有效率明显提高(P<0.05),再出血率显著降低(P<0.05),护理服务的满意度明显提升(P<0.05)。结论奥曲肽治疗老年肝硬化上消化道出血期间加用优质护理能明显提高治疗的临床疗效,降低再出血发生率,提升患者生活质量及护理满意度。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of octreotide combined with high quality nursing in treating elderly patients with liver cirrhosis upper digestive tract hemorrhage. Methods 80 elderly patients with liver cirrhosis combined with upper digestive tract hemorrhage treated by octreotide were randomized into the control group（ routine nursing） and the observation group（ high quality nursing）, 40 patients in each group. The life quality, clinical efficacy and re- bleeding rate, and nursing satisfaction degree in the two groups after treatment were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the each dimension and total scores of life quality were significantly increased after treatment in the observation group（ P 〈 0. 05）; the total effective rate was significantly increased and the re- bleeding rate was obviously reduced in the observation group（ P 〈 0. 05）; the nursing satisfaction degree was obviously improved in the observation group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion During the octreotide treatment period for elderly patients with liver cirrhosis combined with upper digestive tract hemorrhage, high quality nursing can significantly increase the clinical efficacy and reduce the re-bleeding rate,and improve the patients’ life quality and nursing satisfaction degree.
