摘要
随着新生代农民工源源不断进入劳动力市场,农民工工作价值观的代际差异问题给相关企业的人力资源管理带来严峻挑战。本文对长三角和深圳等地农民工代际差异问题进行问卷调查和实证分析显示,不同年龄段的农民工工作价值观存在显著差异,除了利他主义维度外,年龄对农民工工作价值观的成就感、舒适性、地位、安全性有显著负向影响,对自主性有显著正向影响;不同学历层次的农民工工作价值观存在显著差异,除了利他主义外,学历对农民工的成就感、舒适性、地位、安全性和自主性都有显著的正向影响;不同工龄段的农民工工作价值观存在显著差异,除了地位和利他主义两个维度外,工龄与农民工的成就感、安全性显著负相关,而与舒适性、自主性显著正相关。
Work values reflect the most important factors employees' value at work. With the new generation of migrant workers enter the labor market continuously,the generational differences of work values of migrant workers pose serious challenges to the human resource management of relevant enterprises. This study conducted a survey by questionnaires on generational differences of work values in some cities in East China and Shenzhen. The results of empirical analysis show that there were significant differences in work values of migrant workers at different ages,in addition to the dimension of altruism,the age of migrant workers has a significant negative impact on achievement,comfort,status and safety,and a significant positive impact on autonomy; there were significant differences in work values of migrant workers at different education levels,in addition to the dimension of altruism,the education of migrant workers has a significant positive impact on achievement,comfort,status,safety and autonomy; there were significant differences in work values of migrant workers at different seniority,in addition to the dimensions of status and altruism,the seniority of migrant workers has a significant negative impact on achievement and safety,and a significant positive impact on comfort and autonomy.
