摘要
针对热浸镀锌钢板用钼酸盐钝化液易失效的问题,研制了一种以H_2O_2为主要成分的氧化型添加剂,并往失效钝化液中加入该添加剂使其得以再生。采用电化学方法、中性盐雾(NSS)试验和扫描电镜对比研究了新配钝化液、失效钝化液和再生钝化液所得转化膜的性能。往失效钝化液中加入添加剂后,极化曲线的阳极分支重新出现钝化特征,即失效钝化液恢复钝化能力。再生钝化液所得转化膜表面平整、均匀,耐蚀性(保护等级4级)与新配钝化液所得转化膜相当。
For the problem that molybdate passivation solution is easy to fail for hot-dip galvanized steel, an oxidizing additive mainly consisting of H2O2 was developed. The failed passivation solution was regenerated by adding the said additive to it. The properties of conversion coating respectively obtained from new, failed, and regenerated passivation solutions were comparatively studied by electrochemical method, neutral salt spray (NSS) test, and scanning electron microscopy. The passivation phenomenon reappears at the anodic branch of polarization curve for the failed passivation solution after adding the said additive to it, indicating that the passivation effect of the failed passivation solution is recovered. The conversion coating obtained from the regenerated solution features a level and uniform surface, and a corrosion resistance (protection rating of 4) comparable to that of the coating obtained from a fresh solution.
