单协效剂与复配协效剂对钢结构防火涂层成炭性能的研究

摘要 本文分别将单协效剂纳米二氧化钛(Ti02)与复配协效剂纳米二氧化钛/蒙脱土(Ti02/MMT)应用于基础配方丙烯酸酯膨胀型防火涂料(PA/C-IFR)中,研究单协效剂Ti02与复配协效剂Ti02/MMT对防火涂层PA/C—IFFI成炭性能的影响。热失重分析(TG)、扫描电镜(SEM)研究表明,Ti02与Ti02/MMT皆有利于防火涂层成炭性能提高,PA/C—IFR/Ti02/MMT较PA/C-IFR/Ti02炭层,内部炭层结构更规整,强度更优,泡孔更为封闭致密,有利于阻止可燃性挥发物逸出,炭层的热稳定性更佳。
