动态热机械分析法研究螺压改性双基推进剂的压延温度 被引量:7

摘要 为获得塑化高固体含量螺压改性双基推进剂的工艺温度,采用动态热机械分析(DMA)法研究了不同RDX含量时螺压改性双基推进剂DMA 曲线α 转变峰的温度(Tα)(即玻璃化温度Tg)、松弛活化能(Eαa)和α 转变之后DMA 曲线出现的“波谷”等特征物理量.结果表明,RDX 含量的增加减小了NC 分子间的缠绕作用,导致Tg 和Eαa值下降,这有利于高固体含量螺压推进剂的塑化;随着RDX 含量的增加,α 转变力学损耗峰tanδ 值增大,表明体系的摩擦发热量增大,而α 转变之后在55~120℃下DMA 曲线出现了“波谷”,此时体系的摩擦发热量最小,是压延塑化的最佳工艺温度. To obtain the process temperature to plasticize the screw extrusion composite modified double-base(CMDB)propellant with high solid content,the characteristic physical quantities including peak temperature(Tα),glass transition temperature Tg,activation energy(Eαa)of relaxation ofαtransition on by dynamic mechanical analysis(DMA)curve and'valley'of DMA curve appeared afterαtransition for the screw extrusion propellant with different contents of RDX were studied DMA method.The results show that with increasing the RDX content,the winding effect between the NC molecules decreases,making the values of Tgand Eαadecrease,and it is beneficial to plasticize the screw extrusion propellant with high solid content.The value of tanδincreases with increasing the RDX content,revealing that the heat of friction for the system increases,whereas the'valley'on DMA curve afterαtransition is appeared.At this time,the heat of friction for the system is the minimum,and it is the optimum process temperature of plasticizing.
