凸轮轴高速数控磨床主轴静动态特性 被引量:5

Static and dynamic characteristic of spindle system of high- speed camshaft grinder

摘要 以凸轮轴高速数控磨床主轴系统为研究对象,对主轴系统进行了三维有限元建模.建模过程中,将轴承支承简化为弹性支承,利用有限元分析软件Ansys Workbench对主轴系统进行了静力学分析、模态分析以及谐响应分析.得出主轴系统应力应变云图,主轴系统的前6阶固有频率和振型以及频响曲线图,并计算出主轴系统的静刚度和相应的临界转速.分析结果说明,主轴系统在工作过程中不会发生共振,且主轴的共振频率范围发生在2 800 Hz附近.对主轴系统的静刚度进行试验测试验证有限元分析的可靠性,两者之间的误差为12.9%. The high- speed camshaft grinder spindle system was taken as the research object,the three-dimensional finite element model( FEM) of spindle system was established. In the FEM model,the bearing was simplified to the elastic part to support the spindle system. The static analysis,the modal analysis and the harmonic response analysis of the spindle system were done by FEM software Ansys Workbench. Stress and strain distributing cloud graphs,the first six frequencies response,mode shape and frequency response curve were obtained. The static stiffness and corresponding critical speed also were calculated out. The result proves that the spindle system do not occur resonance in its working process,and the resonance frequency range of the spindle is near 2 800 Hz. Verifying test results of the static stiffness agree with finite element analysis in the range of the error 12. 9%.
