摘要
客观结构性临床考核(OSCE)主要是通过模拟临床场景,从医学知识、操作技能、人文关怀等多方面考核住院医师的综合能力,在临床技能考核中应用日益广泛。首都医科大学宣武医院皮肤科采用7站式OSCE考核住院医师解决临床实际问题的能力。今后可在标准患者的培训、模拟教具的应用,增加技能操作的比重等方面改进,以进一步提高住院医师解决实际临床问题的能力。
Objective structured clinical skills examination（OSCE） has been widely used in the clinical skills assessment for several years. OSCE can evaluate the comprehensive ability of residents from medical knowledge, skills of operation to humanistic care by simulation of clinical scenarios. Seven-stop OSCE has been used in our department to evaluate the ability of residents to solve the practical clinical problems. In future, improvement in the training of standardized patients, application of simulated teaching aid and increasing the proportion of skill operation may improve the ability of residents to solve practical clinical problems.
