摘要
通过收集近10年来关于医患沟通的文献并对其进行分析,发现国内对医患沟通的研究多集中于医患沟通的作用、现状、障碍和技巧四个方面。对于医患沟通的作用的研究强调了医患沟通有助于诊断病情、辅助治疗、满足医患情感需求及构建和谐医患关系;医患沟通现状表现为重视度不够、相关制度不健全、沟通效果不佳等;产生医患沟通障碍的原因主要有医方、患方和体制三个方面的因素;医患沟通技巧主要研究了医务人员的语言和非语言沟通技巧。关于医患沟通,未来学术界研究的重点和难点在于:医患沟通的影响因素、质量、评估等方面的定量研究,医患沟通中患方的地位、影响力和沟通技巧的研究,以及医务人员沟通技巧的深入研究。
Collected literatures of doctor- patient communication in recent years show that the study of doctor- patient communication mainly focused on its significance,present situation,barriers and skills. Researches highlight that the doctor- patient communication helps to diagnose illnesses,to assist the treatment,to satisfy the patients- and- doctors＇ emotional need and to build a harmonious doctor- patient relationship. Present situations of doctor- patient communication include insufficient attention,imperfect relevant system and poor communication effect; doctors,patients and objective factors are causes of communication disorders. Researchers mainly study the medical personnel language and nonverbal communication skills. The key and difficult point for the future research will be on the quantitative research of influence factors,quality,evaluation of doctor- patient communication,the research of status,influential power and communication skills of patient in doctor- patient communication,and the deeper research of medical staff communication skills.
