摘要
为解决卧式密集烤房在烘烤过程中烤房内温湿度不均衡、烤房内不同位置烤后烟叶质量差异较大等问题,比较了2种不同挂烟方式的烘烤效果,结果表明:改进挂烟方式后,烤房内不同位置的温湿度波动幅度减小且更加均匀;烤后烟叶外观质量、内在化学成分、感官评吸质量均得到了明显的改善;另外,在提高烤后烟叶上中等烟比例的同时,还节约了烘烤时间、人工费用及燃料成本。由此可知,通过挂烟方式的改变,达到了减工降本、提质增效的目的。
In order to solve the problems of inhomogeneous temperature and humidity in curing process and great quality differ- ence of baked tobacco leaves which were loaded in different positions of horizontal-type bulk curing barn, the curing processes with two different tobacco-loading methods were studied in this test. The results indicated that： after improving tobacco-loading method, the fluctuations of temperature and humidity in the bulk curing barn were decreased, they became more uniform, and the appearance quality, the harmony of internal chemical compositions and the sensory smoking quality of baked tobacco leaves were improved sig- nificantly. In addition, through the improvement of tobacco-loading method, the proportion of first-class or medium flue-cured to- bacco leaves was enhanced, and the curing time, labor charges and fuel cost were also saved. Therefore, the purposes of quality im- provement and cost reduction were reached through the improvement of tobacco-loading method.
