摘要
中国国家图书馆依据《信息网络传播权保护条例》(以下简称《条例》)第九条的规定开展网络扶贫服务,具有重要的示范和启示作用。图书馆根据《条例》第九条的规定深化网络扶贫服务应采取明确网络扶贫重点地区、以传递实用著作权资源为主、开展系统化的著作权管理、多渠道筹集著作权使用费等措施。
Based on article IX of Information Network Transmission Right Protection Ordinance（hereinafter referred to as the Regulations）, the poverty alleviation service through the network provided by National Library of China has played a leading and exemplary role. In order to deepen poverty alleviation service through the network, the li-brary must take some measures, which are to confirm key areas of poverty alleviation, to deliver practical copy-right resources, to carry out systematic copyright management,to raise the copyright fee by multiple channels.
